Powderstache Expeditions

1st Expedition (2005) – Lake Tahoe, CA

Our first A-town trip, attendees: Vince Smith, Ryan Court, Scott Rousseau, Pow Pow, Jason Graczyk, Jack Campbell, Michael Weeda and Damian (non A-towner). Damian’s failure to return to Seattle in good health kicked off the 1st rule of the Powderstache Expeditions – “You must be an A-town graduate in order to attend a Powderstache Expedition.” Damian has since recovered and is now spending his time cock-blocking at a local pub.

2nd Expedition (2006) – Salt Lake CIty, UT

Our second A-town trip, attendees: Ryan Court, Scott Rousseau, Jason Graczyk, and Michael Weeda. A somewhat slimmed down crowd this year which we eventually realized was ideal having just four. Easy to get a table for four rather than seven not to mention easier on the waitress when Pow Pow isn’t ordering.

3rd Expedition (2007) – Salt Lake CIty, UT

We decided this year that Utah needed more exploration, plus we got hooked up on a sweet condo. Attendees: Ryan Court, Scott Rousseau, Jason Graczyk, Nate Colver, Vince Smith, Jack Campbell and Michael Weeda. One of the more memorable years for snow, Powder Mountain is one of the best.

4th Expedition (2008) – Breckenridge, CO

We couldn’t really call ourselves PowderStache without exploring Colorado, our staches stuck out like a kazoo in a Bach violin partita. Not many of them, and if there were, they were covered with powder. Attendees: Ryan Court, Scott Rousseau, Jason Graczyk, Nate Colver, Vince Smith, Jack Campbell and Michael Weeda. Copper Mountain was the favored ride of the trip.

5th Expedition (2009) – Mammoth, CA

Really went over the top this year with our pad, we barely had enough money left over for the slopes. With a pool table in the upper floor, jacuzzi out front, remote control hidden plasma in the living room, we were doing just fine. Attendees: Ryan Court, Scott Rousseau, Jason Graczyk, Vince Smith, Jack Campbell and Michael Weeda.

6th Expedition (2010) – Mt. Hood, OR

Britt’s first year growing a dirty lip and running with the A-town Posse. This year was nice on the wallet since it was centrally located yet still epic in it’s powder offerings.
